I was hoping to see more details about the local sourcing and sustainability side of things, but... it felt a little vague to me. Not bad necessarily, I just wanted clearer info before feeling fully confident about it.

I ordered from Blythewood Bee Company, the products themselves were totally fine once they got here. No complaints there, everything was packed okay, looked right, and was what I ordered. But the shipping felt really slow, like the kind of slow where you start checking the tracking in the morning, then again at lunch, then again before bed, even though nothing has changed.
I also didn’t get many updates, so I was kind of left guessing. Maybe it was just a busy week, bad timing, weather, a carrier delay, holiday backlog, who knows, but it took longer than I expected. I just wish they had clearer shipping info before checkout, like estimated processing time, delivery ranges, or even a quick note saying orders might take extra time

Everything was packed up really neatly, and I was pleased to see that nothing got damaged at all. It arrived in great shape, which made the whole experience feel really satisfying

Got my order today and yeah, everything was there. No missing stuff, no weird mix ups or anything like that. Always nice when you don’t have to chase anyone down with an email after. I’d order again for sure.

I had a small issue or question with my order, nothing huge, and reached out to customer service. They got back to me fairly quick, and the person sounded like an actual human, not one of those copy-paste replies that don’t really say anything. It did take an extra day to fully get it sorted, which was a little annoying, but in the end they answered my question and helped me out. So yeah, overall good.

I’ve bought a few similar products before, and for the money, this one feels like a solid deal. It does what I needed it to do, and I don’t really have any complaints

It showed up looking rough, honestly. I’d say it looked like it had already been through a few weeks of use, not something brand new. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely not what I was expecting for the price.
